About Me

Welcome!  My name is Richard Sixel . I am an intuitive energy worker and coach. 

My formal energy/healing training includes: Reiki, ThetaHealing®, Therapeutic Touch, and Shamanic drumming meditation.

I offer a wide range of services, therapies, and modalities to assist you on your path. These services can include: Reiki, Theta Healing, Intuitive Readings, home and land clearings depending on your needs, the needs of your pet, a loved one or even a space. 

Details are described in the Services link, but are best discussed in person or by phone. Consultations are confidential and easy to arrange by email or by phone.  Services can be offered in person, phone, Zoom, or distance healing. 

The goal is to provide you with tools so that you can ultimately help yourself. My approach will be unique to you because no two journeys are the same. As I’ve learned from the energy workers who have helped me over the years, the relationship we build during this process can be a catalyst for unbounded positive change. 

I have had quite a life so far. I am originally from NYC. Born and raised in Queens, I then moved to Minnesota in my late twenties and now live in Eugene, Oregon. As I learn about myself, I realize that my intuition has always been there to guide me, when I choose to listen. We’ve all had times when we ignore that little voice in our head and many of us have incredible stories of proof that we should have taken heed when that voice spoke. 

Part of our path together will involve learning to listen to that inner voice. 

We each have intuitive abilities; the trick is learning how to hear what’s being communicated. We already have the answers to the questions that we present to ourselves, and sometimes we need assistance to peel back layers in order to discover what we already know.

My role in your journey is as a Life Empowerment Coach working with the whole you to achieve balance between mind, body, and spirit.

I provide a safe space to assist in revealing answers, discovering yourself, finding solutions, and exploring self awareness.

Reaching out will be easy for some of you. For others it will be the hardest part of the process. I’m here for you when you are ready....
